BUREAUX DES SERVICES PNHF & SQH

As a key player in the execution of your projects, EGECOK offers a comprehensive range of services, from initial project design to interior and exterior furnishing.

In this context, we collaborated once again with the Direction Générale de Migration (DGM) for the construction of three new offices in Boma, Yema, and Matadi in 2024.

The project aimed to establish new control points across Kongo Central Province, enhancing operational efficiency and public service infrastructure.

During the Francophonie Games 2023, EGECOK played a central role in the preliminary design and execution of UNIKIN’s temporary structures, including tents for the athletes’ dining areas.

STUDENT RESIDENCE REHABILITATION

When the University of Kinshasa decided to rehabilitate student housing, EGECOK adapted its services to meet the university’s expectations. Four buildings (Homes 20, 30, 80, and 150) were modernized between 2019 and 2024 to provide modern, functional, and safe housing for students.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

Responding to the growing need for quality housing, EGECOK developed a three-story residential building in Gombe. This project combines modern architecture, practical layouts, and durable materials, offering residents safe and comfortable living spaces.

In 2021, EGECOK partnered with the Direction Générale de Migration (DGM) during the construction of new administrative buildings in the Kwango Province. EGECOK delivered tailored solutions that fully met the client’s expectations across all project aspects.
